There are three primary categories of engineering services offered by Cheney-Walters-Echols, Inc. -- Civil, Utilities and Transportation. roads
  • Civil: Civil Engineering encompasses municipal public works, including paving districts, flood study, drainage structures and sanitary land fills.

  • Transportation: Transportation Engineering services include the design of highways, arterial streets, bridges, traffic control devices and miscellaneous grade crossing structures.

  • Utilities: Utilities Engineering services include water treatment facilities, pumping stations, storage tanks, transmission lines, liquid waste disposal facilities, oxidation ponds and outfall lines.
